Not the usual Greek with mountains of meat but good cuisine, not quite cheap but good

Eaten very tasty. Warm and cold starters traditional and yet different from the standard Greek. Nobody misses gyros here. We were very positively surprised by the great quality and freshness of the ingredients in well-balanced flavors. Price / performance top. We especially liked the lentil puree with caramelized onions, the chicken liver starter, the fried sardines and the top quality octopus. We will be back.

Above-average good cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere.

Finally a Greek who not only offers gyros as a top dish, with an ouzo in advance. It starts with various starter plates that are offered and selected at the table. The ordered fish platter consisted of a grilled sea bream filled with lots of herbs, prawns, sepia and crispy grilled vegetables. We look forward to the next time!

Am today the 19 9 2020 with 4 people to eat we have been sitting for 1.5 hours and woke up to eat according to the waiter it takes so long to have been here and never again that is an imposition

Jewel in Solingen. Top quality food. Nice old building ambience. Also ideal for business lunches. You won't find the typical one here Gyros plate and accordingly not its clientele. What is good. Low key service and that P / L is correct. A clear recommendation.

In Germany, your standard associations with Greek food are along these lines: “very affordable, ok quality, satisfactorily tasty”. That is NOT quite what you ought to expect when you come here. The presentation is a good reflection of the elaborateness, creativity and audacity of the food. Traditional aspects of the Greek cuisine are chosen, reinterpreted and fused in unique, very pleasantly surprising ways. Every dish is exquisite and delicious. Don’t miss out on this place when you’re in the area. Even coming from Wuppertal for a meal and a visit to the museum next-door is worthwhile. The restaurant is relatively pricey, but very appropriately so, worth the money spent.

Unfortunately, the service is inattentive. The second criticism on every dish is red pepper berries. Otherwise it was pleasant and the food was good.

Very delicious greek food. Clear menu & daily menu (mostly fish). This also suggests that you concentrate on these dishes and are accordingly delicious. The food on the plate with the set was impressive and corresponded to higher quality restaurants. Chosen herbs (such as coriander) make the food less suitable for children. But still something suitable can be found here, such as rice with meatballs and tomato sauce or potato wedges / wedges. But overall I can highly recommend the restaurant.

The better kind of Greek cuisine ?

We come here from the beginning to eat. Not very often, but quite a few times a year. We have never been disappointed. I usually do not eat entree, as I am amused by the incredible selection of cold and hot entrees (which are actually like tapas). But also the main courses can be seen and tasted. Whether two or ten people - everything works very well and staff and boss are very friendly and offer really good service. Anyone who likes to eat gyros with the Greeks is wrong here!

Highly recommended. Very friendly staff in an incredibly beautiful setting. Villa Hendrichs is a typical Art Nouveau villa with high ceilings. Very nice seating. The food is really Greek sometimes different, although sometimes it should mean different: extraordinary. Good wines and all that at moderate, very reasonable prices. We will go there again from Leverkusen because it was just good.
